We offer a 14-day money-back policy so you can shop with confidence.

• If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery.
• All returned items undergo a Quality Control (QC) inspection.

• To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be in unused, original condition
  • All tags, certificates, and protective materials must be intact

 Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not qualify for returns or refunds.

• Once the returned item passes QC checks, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly
• Items failing QC due to damage or missing tags will not be accepted

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

Gujranwala Legacy offers a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made within India. The product can be returned for buy-back or exchange based on its current market value.

The value of the exchanged product after deductions will be credited to your account with us and can be used to purchase anything from our store.

If you choose buy-back, the amount will be paid via online bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the product.
